Egg Risotto Recipe

Ingredients:
Cooked canned rice
Chopped Spring Onion
Chopped hard-boiled egg
Chopped parsley
A little cream

Directions:
Heat ready cooked canned rice in butter with chopped spring onion; add the rest of the ingredients. Heat through.This is found under the Quick Meals of The Goodhousekeeping All Colour Cook Book.
