Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients:
3 1/2 Cups Cooked, Cubed Chicken Breast
2 Cans Cream Of Chicken Soup
2 Cans Chop Suey Vegetables, Drained
1 Can Sliced Water Chestnuts, Drained
3/4 Cup Chopped Cashew Nuts
1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Cup Chopped Celery
1/4 Teaspoon Hot Sauce
1/4 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 1/4 Cup Chow Mein Noodles

Cooking Directions:
Combine chicken, soup, vegetable's, water chestnuts, cashew nuts, green pepper, onion, celery and hot sauce in a large bowl mix gingerly. Spoon into sprayed baking dish and sprinkle chow mien noodles over top casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes or until it bubbles at edges of casserole. Let set 5-7 minutes before serving.
